Brigitte Yanko Architecture is a Cap d’Ail based design studio specializing in luxury residential buildings throughout the Cote d’Azur.
Brigitte is involved on every architectural and interior design project from conception to completion. She is able to work on a wide range of styles that perfectly suit her clients’ needs and dreams.
Story:
Brigitte Yanko grew up in Egypt, around the biggest historical monuments of the world. The genius of Egyptian ancient arts and architecture were always fascinating her and in this context her passion of architecture is born.
After receiving a Master Degree of Architecture in 2008, Brigitte gained experience initially in private sector, exclusively designing architecture and interiors projects for a high-end developer in Cairo, New York and Côte d’Azur before launching her own studio in 2015.
Brigitte Yanko is registered at the « Ordre des Architectes » in France.

Brigitte Yanko focus is on developing a design that makes each property look and feel distinctive.
Her responsibility of achieving a well-done job forces her to pay extra attention to all details and to take care of each step of a project. She places particular importance on the aesthetic, comfort and practicality of spaces she designs.
The success of her projects lies not only with the end result but also the process, for this reason she is taking a limited number of projects each year to ensure each and every client receives the time and attention they deserve.

1- THE BRIEF AND PRELIMINARY STUDY
During the brief stage Brigitte takes the time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style, lifestyle and aspirations. At the same time she studies the regulations of the town planning to evaluate the feasibility of a project.
2- CONCEPT DESIGN
Interpreting the detailed brief, Brigitte will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans, elevations, sections and perspectives. This is a very collaborative stage with the clients.
3- BUILDING PERMIT
Having approved all of the concept designs, Brigitte prepares and signs all the necessary documents to complete the building permit file in compliance with the current regulations.
4- INTERIOR DESIGN
Brigitte will present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, curated art and accessories and mood board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts.
5- DETAILS
Execution and Detail drawings will be presented, along with all finishes materials and equipments for the clients to approve. At this stage, Brigitte prepares the detailed descriptive works for contractors to understand the nature, quality and limits of their intervention and to prepare their quotes.
6- REALISATION
The schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. Brigitte will attend regular site meetings to ensure her designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned.
